Rosie started her career in London, with stints in both politics and investment banking. She joined COOK (co-founded by her brother Edward) in 2000, has worked in most departments and had three sons along the way. COOK manufactures remarkable frozen food (made like you would at home) and sells it nationally in its own branded 90 retail stores, through 500 concessions partners and also has a growing ecommerce business. COOK has 1200 team members and been voted as one of the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For. Rosie became people director in 2012, managing director in 2016, and co-CEO last year.
