Audrey studied physiological sciences, specialising in neuroscience, neuropharmacology and psychology at Oxford University. She went on to work in investment banking for 16 years, most recently for Deutsche Bank where she rose up the ladder to managing director becoming the most senior female in equities. She was selected as one of 20 women globally across the whole bank to join the first senior women's leadership development programme (ATLAS), aimed at getting senior women “board ready”. Audrey also pioneered the Women’s Performance Programme for high achieving women and potential leaders within the investment bank. Audrey returned to work after two maternity leaves but had the surprise of twins for her third (and now fourth!) child, so decided to go back to her neuroscience roots and retrain as an executive coach, setting up her own executive coaching practice, Audrey Wiggin Associates. She is Hogan certified, a member of the International Coach Federation and is in supervision with Kim Morgan of Barefoot Coaching.
